Full-back agrees four-year contract at White Hart Lane
Tottenham have announced that Kyle Naughton has signed a new contract keeping him at the club until 2016.
The full-back joined Spurs from Sheffield United
in the summer of 2009 but has spent much of the past three seasons out on loan.
Naughton
had spells in the Championship with Middlesbrough
and Leicester,
being named in the 2010-11 PFA Championship Team of the Year for his performances with the Foxes.
Last season the 23-year-old showed he could make the step up to the Premier League, making 32 appearances on loan at Norwich.
Naughton
will now be hoping to add to the solitary Premier League appearance he
has made for Tottenham - as an injury-time substitute against West Ham
in 2009.
